Hanworth Villa are delighted to confirm the signing of defender Billy Nutbeam following his departure from Westfield.
Villa Manager Simon Haughney said: “Billy is a great person who is eager to test himself at Step 3. He is hard-working, highly talented, and we are delighted to have him on board.”
Billy was a key figure for Westfield, making more than 150 appearances during his three seasons at Woking Park after joining from Guildford City ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
On signing for the club, Billy said: “I’m happy to be here. Hanworth Villa is my local club, and after speaking with Simon and George Wells over the last couple of weeks, I’m really looking forward to getting started.”
Earlier in his career, Billy featured for Staines Lammas and Bedfont & Feltham before joining Sheerwater in 2020. He then moved to Guildford City in 2022.
Assistant Manager Paul Thomas added: “I’ve been a long-time admirer of him. He’s a great versatile defender who also carries a threat going forward.”
